We don't order pizza often but when we do this Jet's is always our go to. Orders for customized pizzas are always accurate and tasty! Deliveries are always on time except for I think once when it was about 10 minutes late. The guy apologized repeatedly plus it was during a heavy thunderstorm.

got buffalo bone-in wings with a side of extra buffalo sauce & ranch & when i say those wings were so nasty & i literally wasted $12 for nothing….. they were SO fatty with barely any ACTUAL meat. when i finally ate what i could, i still had a lot of fat left on the wings. then the meat that i could pick off, wasn’t that good either. it was almost like the meat was chicken nuggets meat, but not the typical meat you would see on bone-in chicken if that makes sense. like it was giving boneless wings/chicken nugget meat but on bone-in wings? idk. it was weird. & i won’t be getting wings from here anymore. i was still hella hungry once i finished everything because i barely could anything off the wings. jets wings use to be really good but it seems they’ve gone downhill or maybe just this location

This is my usual jets. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience today. When you try to order it constantly try’s to make you order via text. I order via text all the time but this time the pizza came loaded with red onions ( we have an allergy in our house hold ) when I called to let them know the girl on the phone was very rude and dismissive and tried to over talk me. I tried to explain to her that the text message that jets sent back that CONFIRMED my order says MINUS RED ONION and she proceeded to ignore me and talk over me telling me that they don’t usually remake pizzas that are ordered via text because they company they use gets orders wrong all the time and they would prefer that people order over the phone. Than maybe they shouldn’t try to force you to order via text and offer you 15% off your order via text. Or maybe get the problem fixed . She is remaking the pizza but she was very rude and dismissive. Be careful with the text order option and maybe you guys over at jets should teach your employees to be kinder to customers who have an issue. 40 bucks for one singular pizza and delivery is pretty pricey to treat your customers like you could careless if there was

10 mile ROCKS. always make the pizza with love like it should be. :) UPDATE- I called back and talked to a manager, and she was able to give a salad credit ..... Spent $55 after discounts for ONE pizza and One salad and when I got home and started eating i noticed my salad did not have the red onions that I paid extra for in addition to the regular ones that were supposed to be on there and when I called all she could do for me was give me my $2 back and I'm like that's crazy because what I could have done was taken my pizza and my salad back up there for them to put onions plus my extra on the salad and have them remake my entire pizza because then it would have been cold that's too bad she was only able to offer me $2... I had a 40 something dollar pizza smh but I saved them money by not doing that so the least she could have done was replace my salad on my next visit!!!! Also when I came in and told my name he gave me the pizza and said you're all set..I mentioned that I also have a salad so then he went and got the salad and said there ya go and I said heyyy I also have a bottle of jets ranch....sheesh!!

Great service and pizza. Staff is very friendly and hustles to get customers orders out the door. The lady manager has been there forever and is awesome.
